Walking Forward is returning!
A great wellness tool for poor mental health.
The intention is that the walking will not be too strenuous. Just gentle routes and great like minded company.
Dress for the weather, and wear shoes or boots with a good grip.
Walking has many benefits for anyone who is enduring poor mental health.
Join us each Sunday, of our walking season. Get a weekly boost of mild exercise, fresh air, and great company.

- Meet 9:45 am in Bingley – at Car Park next to Aldi/Bingley Library.
- Local walk on the Leeds to Liverpool Canal towpath.
