We have started collating details of our meetings.
Privacy is very important to our members and the Group Agreement makes it clear that we must not discuss members private matters outside of the group. For this reason our Group meeting records are sanitised to protect our member’s privacy. Only very basic highlight details are recorded, no names, just bullet points to allow our followers to know how a meeting was structured and the subjects covered.
Our group reports also state the number of members attending. We have reported the meeting highlights for several weeks now, and we can also now report the attendance figures.
Each attendance at a group by a member counts as 1 on the chart we are using to track attendance. The numbers are collected from each location at the weekly meetings and added together to give a monthly total.
